Vista Group Expands Global Reach with Odeon Cinemas Deal

Vista Group International Limited (NZX: VGL) has secured a five-year agreement with Odeon Cinemas Group, adding over 2,400 screens to its full-service cloud platform. The deal will cover 309 locations outside the US, further strengthening Vista’s global footprint.

The rollout will begin in Finland, where 17 sites are expected to go live in the second half of FY25. This

will be followed by deployments in the UK and Ireland. The transition to Vista Cloud aims to enhance operational efficiency and provide advanced software solutions for cinema management. This agreement marks a significant milestone for Vista Group, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of cloud-based cinema technology. The move aligns with the industry's growing demand for cloud solutions, ensuring seamless management and improved customer experiences.
