NZFSG Refines Distribution Team, Enhances Adviser Support

New Zealand Financial Services Group (NZFSG) has restructured its distribution team, focusing on delivering tailored support to advisers. William Laban and Shaun Fafeita, with a combined 20 years of experience, will now concentrate exclusively on NZFSG advisers. This shift allows Loan Market to develop its own dedicated support network under National Director Nicole Ferguson. Additionally, Zane Low joins NZFSG as Auckland-based Regional Manager, and Tania Styche steps into the new role of Induction Training Manager, overseeing a 12-week program aimed at equipping new advisers with the tools needed to succeed in the NZFSG network. Chief Executive Baden Martin highlights that these changes align with the company’s strategy to enhance value and support across lending and insurance.
