New Talisman Gold Mines Secures Long-Term Access

New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NZX: NTL) has successfully renewed its Long-Term Access Arrangements (AA) with the Department of Conservation for the Talisman Mine. The renewed AA term is now five years, a significant improvement over the previous annual renewals. This renewal marks a crucial milestone for NTL, enabling the company to advance its operations, Mine Work Plan, and Strategic Plan as intended.

Despite a year-long delay in approval affecting the original production and revenue schedule, NTL now needs to raise additional funds to execute its strategic plan. Key elements are now in place for production, including access arrangements, an experienced mine operator (Terra Firma Mining Ltd), and conditional agreements on a processing plant and site. A capital raise is expected to open in July, seeking shareholder support to realize the potential of the Talisman mine.
