Mill Road Upgrade Overlooks Sunfield Housing Development

This legislation, aimed at streamlining consent processes, became law earlier this week. Despite Sunfield also being slated for fast-tracking, its omission raises questions about the integration of housing and infrastructure planning. The situation highlights the complexities of coordinating large-scale projects under expedited frameworks, emphasizing the need for thorough alignment between housing and transportation initiatives.
