Haven Group, founded by former NPT managing director Kerry Hitchcock, is under significant financial pressure as several associated companies face potential liquidation due to unpaid taxes. The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has filed to wind up five companies primarily owned by Kerry and Alex Hitchcock, including Fidelta Group, Haven Living Management, Proventus Group, Realm Property Group, and Lakefront Investments. The companies have less than a month to propose a tax payment plan or risk liquidation. The matter was addressed at a recent liquidation hearing in the High Court.
