Complete Roofing Solutions Leaves $2.2 million Owed to Creditors

James Logan established Complete Roofing Solutions (CRS) in January 2018, a roofing supply and installation business. However, by March 2023—four months after Logan had stepped away from the company as both director and shareholder—CRS was placed into liquidation. According to reports, the liquidation process revealed that creditors and family trusts connected to former shareholders were left nearly $2.2 million out of pocket.

In 2022, a year before CRS went into liquidation, Logan launched RoofBuddy, positioning it as a digital aggregator designed to streamline the roofing quote and supply process for homeowners.
